Marina Islands Masterplan
This project is conceived as a manmade archipelago in the Arabian Gulf, approximately 1km - 4.5km offshore from the coast. The island cluster creates a 900,000sqm marina with capacity for 1,200 berths. This is designed to become a world class maritime destination for hosting international regattas and events in the Middle East.
The development comprises a mix of marina living with luxury retail, F&B, and villa living focused around a destination "Marine Plaza", oceanfront apartments, beachfront living combined with a resort hotel, and an exclusive super yacht harbour. These elements combine to form a naturalistic island retreat totaling 2,439,000sqm of GFA.
Located on the north east of the Marine Plaza, an exclusive retail focused marina combining street retail and an internal mall creates a mix of retail environments. A fully pedestrianised marina street, capturing the essence of St. Tropez, provides a diverse range of street retail and F&B spaces and connects the retail mall with the yacht club. Active residential terraces and rooftops provide a backdrop with views to the Marine Plaza, while an exclusive marina provides dedicated club facility for the residents' use.
