Located in a metropolis in northern China, Tianjin, and one of the five national central cities of the People's Republic of China. The project has a total area of 293ha which was included in our masterplan scope of works and 19ha which was designed for landscaped high class residential villas.

A public themed park and ten American Style residential villa gardens were proposed as further options which the Client introduced as a marketing strategy. The main water body covers about 31 ha and will help to bring more comfortable living space. The design created a natural water edge which provides different experiences and pedestrian and activity space with sense of privacy. Plants and landscape structures help reduce vehicle noise and bring decorative aesthetics to villa areas.
