Excellence Mixed-Use Development is located at the heart of Pearl Delta Regional Development Area at Qianhai and Baoshan central district in Shenzhen, China.

With an area of around 2.2ha this project has presented interesting challenges that has influenced the landscape's design. First, it is a development of outdoor retail area with connection to the roof and terraced office area. Second the development evolves around water and greenery as a relationship to Shenzhen Garden City. Third the development is confluenced by 'Water' and fluid design. Hardscape elements such as paving, urban furniture, sculptures are with close references to dynamic and fluidity of water as a main branding element.
