Sun Hung Kai Properties' recent class A residential development spearheaded the residential renewal movement on the area looking over to the Aberdeen hills in Hong Kong. The Villa Landscape project was approximately 1.1ha and contains a modern contemporary garden design style.

10 Design landscape was commissioned to propose a concept design for four types of villa. The design goal was to create a private, balanced green and small-scale garden areas. Refined arrangements of the small spaces aim to express elegance. Consideration was made for decorative shrubs and vertical green walls keeping the visibility and enhancing the surrounding mountain view. Textured walls and patterned fence walls are also considered to create a decorative buffer to each villa.
