Congratulations to our Design Partner Nick Cordingley! Nick has been named as Outstanding Designer at the REARD 6th Global Design Award for the design excellence and innovation he demonstrated on Shenzhen Pengcheng Laboratory Park Phase 1, which has also received REARD Gold Award.  

Nick, a member of RIBA and ARB, has over 20 years of international experience across Asia, Europe and the Middle East. One of his diverse arrays of expertise lies in the design and delivery of campuses for science and education.  

His approach for a world class campus, be it a research facility or learning grounds, share a common vision: To maximise the natural texture of the site and bring together landscape, science and talent, offering a people-oriented, sustainable and technology-driven campus.
