Lukoran Residential Villas by 10 Design (part of Egis Group) won The Architecture Community's International Residential Architecture Awards 2021!

Led by Design Partner Paul Rodgers and Managing Partner Chris Jones, the 77,000sqm site is set on the island of Ugljan, Croatia. The development incorporates a series of premium villas with private infinity pools, townhouses with shared pool amenity and 4 apartment blocks.

The scheme is united through a common architectural language utilising local stones and dark grey paint with a robust steel finish, and is underpinned by a publicly accessible beach club with F&B, leisure, retail and hospitality facilities including a pool terrace.

It embraces the rich natural topography of the Ugljan island by maximising the ocean and landscape views as well as retaining the indigenous planting.
