Bluewaters Residences by 10 Design has won an International Property Award for the Arabian Multiple Residences Dubai category in 2020.

Design Partner, Nick Cordingley and the design team have created the ultimate in island living for Bluewaters Residences. It is built on a new man-made island off the coast of Jumeirah Beach Residence in Dubai. To maximise this distinctive location, the team has integrated a series of private landscape gardens elevated above sea level throughout the residential development, offering a unique viewing gallery to the blue azure horizon.

We are also thrilled that Bluewaters Residences has won the Best Multiple-family Housing Award in this year’s International Residential Architecture Awards, organised by The Architecture Community.
