We are delighted to announce that Jinwan Mall by 10 Design (part of Egis Group) is a Winner at Asia Pacific Property Awards 2022-2023!

Designed by Ted Givens and Scott Findley, the 117,000sqm Jinwan Mall in Zhuhai, China, integrates the concept of a traditional courtyard garden with hypermodern space. The development weaves together the main mall, retail street and waterside pavilions consisting of F&B and retail spaces with a glass canopy spine and ample outdoor spaces opening onto the lake.

Opened in 2021, Jinwan Mall offers a retail experience closely linked to nature as well as a vibrant public space for the citizens of Zhuhai.
