Two Projects Received Honourable Mention at LIV Hospitality Design Awards

Our design for Hon Thom Island and Prince Bay Taiziwan Residence has been recognized at this year’s LIV Hospitality Design Awards!

Hon Thom Island is a world-class waterfront hospitality and lifestyle destination in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. The 20-hectares resort masterplan accommodates an iconic integrated resort tower, luxury hotels, beachside and clifftop villas, townhouses and beachclubs boasting panoramic coastal views.

The Prince Bay Taiziwan Residence is situated along the waterfront of Shenzhen Bay to offer an unrivalled luxury living experience. The tower at 250m high is set to become one of the tallest residential landmarks in the vibrant cultural and entertainment precinct of Nanshan, Shenzhen.
