Design Partner of 10 Design, Nick Cordingley, and the design team have received recognition for two of our projects in the DNA Paris Design Awards, a platform which honours designs in the disciplines of architecture and other creative fields awarding the best designers worldwide.

The design for the Pengcheng Laboratory Park Phase 1 has won one of the Commercial & Office Architecture prizes. This scheme is set to be a state-of-the-art flagship scientific research facility with a design that will harmonise with the surrounding green landscape.

The Industrial Service Centre in Jinwan Aviation City also received an honourable mention within the same architectural category. The Industrial Service Centre (ISC) provides 54,700sqm of office space for burgeoning start-up companies and entrepreneurs to collaborate, establishing a dynamic incubation platform.
