Our design team, led by Design Partner Nick Cordingley, has been collaborating closely with China Merchants on this prestigious project to offer an unrivalled experience of luxury living in the vibrant cultural and entertainment precinct of Nanshan, Shenzhen.

Situated along the waterfront of Shenzhen Bay, each unit of the 250m development is afforded with unobstructed ocean view while premium club amenities and lush greenery are embedded throughout, lending a sense of exclusivity, comfort and serenity to the residences. 

Upon its completion in June 2023, Prince Bay Taiziwan Residence will rise as one of Prince Bay's tallest residential landmarks.
