The celebration is not over yet! We are delighted to share that three projects by 10 Design (part of Egis Group) have received acclamation at the REARD Global Design Award this year!

The 117,000sqm Jinwan Mall won a Silver Award under Commercial, Architecture category. Weaving together the main mall, a retail street and waterside pavilions with ample outdoor spaces, it creates a new paradigm of outdoor retail experience and a public landmark in Zhuhai’s Jinwan District.

CIFI Chengdu Wansheng TOD Project and Dongguan University of Technology International Cooperation Zone received Honourable Mentions under Commercial and Culture/Education categories respectively. The retail-led CIFI Chengdu Project is designed as an urban living room with greenness and community at its core, while the Dongguan university campus integrates flexible laboratory spaces, teaching facilities and amenities within the existing landscape to create a people-oriented, world-class research destination.
