Two projects by 10 Design – Jinwan Aviation City Industrial Service Centre (ISC) in Zhuhai and China Resources’ Sungang MixC Market Hall in Shenzhen have been named as winners in the 2021 Asia Pacific Property Awards for the Best Office Development and Best Retail Development in Guangdong Province respectively.

Both projects currently won at a provincial level have been further nominated for their respective national-level awards in China.
