Led by our Design Partner, Nick Cordingley, Shenzhen Pengcheng Laboratory Park Phase 1 has been pre-selected for the World Architecture Festival China Awards 2021 – watch our livestream judging presentation on 21st July.

Nick will take the judges through the scheme which is set to be a state-of-the-art flagship scientific research facility in China.

The design achieves the brief by placing attractive social amenity spaces at the heart, along with a series of elevated walkways that allow connectivity throughout the 436,500 sqm of laboratory, research, social and recreational facilities. 

Outstanding entries will be awarded at the 2021 WAF China Awards Ceremony in October in Chengdu, China.
