Following its official launch earlier this year, the 280,000sqm CIFI Kunming Plaza is featured on World Architecture News along with other leading publications.

Located in the southwest city of Kunming in Yunnan, China, the development comprises 2 interconnected retail blocks, an outdoor retail street, 3 serviced apartment and hotel towers. Led by Design Partners Chin Yong Ng and Lukasz Wawrzenczyk, the design embraces the vibrancy of Yunnan into an engaging retail experience.

By placing a “green valley” at the core of the design, extensive open green spaces are embedded throughout the development to integrate its diverse programs and engage the surrounding communities.

Upon its completion in 2023, CIFI Kunming Plaza will become a leading retail and leisure destination for the “City of Spring”.
