We are thrilled to have our “head-turning” Jinwan Mall project featured on the latest issue of ROF Media’s The FAÇADE magazine!

Led by our Design Partners Ted Givens and Scott Findley together with Project Partner Miriam Auyeung (COO), the 117,000sqm lakefront retail scheme in Zhuhai became our second project to complete on Huafa’s Jinwan Aviation City.

Jinwan Mall envisions the integration of a traditional courtyard garden with hypermodern space through its façade, massing and lighting. The development weaves together the main mall, retail street and the waterside pavilions consisting of F&B and retail spaces, with ample outdoor spaces opening onto the lake.
