All candidates must have

  • Degree or Master in Architecture;
  • Min. 3 years of relevant postgraduate experience;
  • Strong desire to deliver excellent architectural design;
  • Strong modelling and post-production skills;
  • Excellent sense of graphics and design concepts;
  • Design experience on various scale projects and front-end client/consultant presentations;
  • Working experience ideally gained in Asia or Middle East would be an advantage;
  • Retail, Mixed-use and Hospitality design experience is advantageous;
  • Sound knowledge of Rhino, Grasshopper, 3D Max, Maya, AutoCAD, Photoshop and SketchUp;
  • Working knowledge of Revit preferred.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English is essential; other language skills are advantageous;
  • More experienced candidates may be considered for an Associate level position.



Hong Kong

 

Senior Interior Designer / Associate, Interior Design


Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality design work in line with 10 Design’ philosophy;
  • Ownership and responsibility for maintaining accurate delivery of clients’ briefs;
  • Thorough research into the design briefs and subject matters;
  • Develop, check and coordinate the design for an assigned portion of a project;
  • Ensure effective delivery of design works in a timely manner;
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the team.


All candidates must have

  • Degree in Interior Design or Architecture from a recognised university;
  • Min. 5 years of post-qualification experience in Interior Design or equivalent;
  • Experience in conceptual design and space planning for large-scale retail and mixed-use projects;
  • Strong design flair and the ability to present conceptual ideas to clients;
  • Self-motivated, Independent with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Sound knowledge of Sketchup, AutoCAD, Photoshop and InDesign are necessary. 
  • Revit, Rhino and Enscape knowledge are advantageous; 
  • Excellent communication and organization skills. 
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English; Chinese language skills an advantage;
  • Senior positions require strong people management skills with proven experience in directing small teams and delivering quality design whilst working against tight deadlines.



Senior Business Development Manager


Responsibilities and requirements

  • Degree or Masters with over 10 years of business development experience in architecture, interior or business sector strongly preferred;
  • Able to work independently in maintaining business relationship with existing clients and follow up opportunities with potential clients, including client meetings and presentation arrangement.  
  • Collaborate closely with global and local leadership to develop, implement and update strategic growth plans;
  • Maintain and develop a solid network of current and prospective clients;
  • Identify and pursue top project opportunities and facilitate the development of bidding strategies for some of the most challenging tender opportunities;
  • Research and understand the business landscape and latest trends and in the local market, and provide key business intelligence to facilitate the decision-making process;
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with senior managements and other stakeholders to build consensus, resolve conflicts and achieve progress; 
  • Spearhead new business development initiatives and lead the negotiations to build solid business cases;
  • Passionate in mentoring junior members of the business development team;
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) is a must.
