The proposal for the Financial Headquarters project is located in a central business district in southern China, comprising office, residential, serviced apartments, and retail spaces.

Framing the concept as a "Green Jewel" highlights the inherent value of nature. Based on the number of iconic towers surrounding the site the focal point of the scheme is the podium. The roof of the podium is designed as an abstracted glass jewel, with the office and serviced apartment towers forming a symbolic metal setting for the jewel. Small ripples move up each tower from the jewel below taking on the form of garden balconies, and pulling the green up the facades. The jewel is designed to create a very iconic element that will attract people to the retail and F+B spaces.
