The 75,000sqm office park is located within Gaoxin District in Zhuhai, China.

The masterplan is designed around a curved arc moving across the site. The curve is symbolic of motion and change in a rapidly evolving high-tech world. The vanishing point/future is never fully visible but around the edge of the curve. The arc also functionally divides the site into a high rise zone and villa zone, and creates a shared plaza/drop off area in the center of site.

The taller buildings are kept to the back of the site to create a more harmonious relationship with the surrounding context- creating a gradual build up to the larger forms. The layout also allows for open views from all the towers. All of the villas have a green belt views and their long axis faces south.
