10 Design led the design for the initial masterplan and subsequently the architecture for Al Barari's high-end residential developers in Dubai, namely Seventh Heaven and Ashjar. The success of the project has brought 10 Design to further develop phase II of the masterplan for Al Barari's future projects.

The design proposal for phase II is intended to continue and expand the Al Barari community and its aspiration to create a unique vision of living in harmony with the natural environment. The expansion aims for residents and visitors to enjoy spectacular views of the lush botanic oasis of the Al Barari landscape, the tranquil wilderness of the desert beyond and Dubai's iconic skyline.

The proposal is designed to bring together residential communities, a retail/F&B village, a resort hotel and healthcare quarter centred around a cultural Island at the heart of the Masterplan.
