Last weekend at M+ Museum, our CEO, Ross Milne, participated in the Belt and Road Office (BRO) Talk, centred on “Future City Development | Green and Digital,” concluding the “Discover NEOM” tour in Hong Kong.

The event, co-hosted by NEOM and the Belt and Road Office of Commerce and Economic Development Bureau of HKSAR government, invited representatives from major chambers of commerce, professional bodies, academic institution, and startup companies to discuss the infinite opportunities in green economies and technologies that will define the future of our cities.

During the insightful discussion with prominent industry experts, Ross showcased 10 Design's extensive experience in NEOM's architectural landscape, providing valuable insights in the challenges and opportunities represented in Saudi Arabia's ambitious visions for NEOM.

“Wadis are carved through the mountains deep inland, forming dramatic cliffscapes, creating settings for unforgettable visitor experiences. This landscape formed the inspiration for the two projects I want to talk about, Norlana and Epicon, so-called the Northern Gateway to the Gulf of Aqaba,” shared Ross. “These assets have been designed to be out of this world, contrasting sharply but having a light touch on the rugged landscape.”

Located on the Gulf of Aqaba, Epicon aims to set a new standard of hospitality and architecture. It rises from NEOM’s desert landscape like a glistening mirage, featuring two striking towers, one 225 meters tall and one reaching 275 meters, complemented by a 120-room Epicon resort and 45 stunning residential beach villas, which blends tranquility with indulgence.

A few kilometres away from Epicon, Norlana is an ultra-modern active lifestyle community fusing contemporary luxury with advanced technology, setting a pioneering standard for sustainable modern living.
