The design of this College has been widely recognized internationally, especially in the Cross Strait Region. On 16^th March 2013, 10 Design won a Merit Award for the HKIA Cross Strait Architectural Design Award (CADA).

"CADA is organized by the Hong Kong Institute of Architects in promoting for the excellence of architectural design in Mainland China, Taiwan, Macau and Hong Kong and hence, to give recognition to those outstanding designs in Cross-Strait regions over the past 10 years. This year, there are over 300 nominations from over 40 different cities for 8 categories."
